Kim Parris serves in the capacity of operations management, human resources, process improvement, marketing, regulatory compliance, strategic planning and development.  She holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and has over 30 years of diverse professional experience to include consulting, small business management and non-profit management.


​​​​Kathleen Niblack is the owner of Joint-accredited Cobblestone Counseling Services, LLC. She has a B.A. in Psychology and M.Ed. in Community Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with more than 25 years of experience helping people in need. Beginning in 1993, Kathleen worked as a case manager, disability examiner, and senior vocational rehabilitation counselor for the state of Oklahoma. In 2007, she opened Niblack Consulting. With this venture, she provided a full array of counseling services, both independently and as a consultant with other companies. Kathleen was thrilled to establish Cobblestone Counseling Services in January 2015, where she could provide a warm, inviting environment promoting health and healing. She specializes in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other personality disorders.    

Jill Macon, LPC-Candidate holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  Jill is a member of the American Counseling Association and specializes in LGBTQ+ Issues, Gender Affirmative Therapy, and Safe Transitioning (WPATH) with an additional focus on Autism/Neurodiversity and Anti-ABA.

Patsy Trent keeps the company operating smoothly through office management, billing, payroll, and scheduling, while also embodying the heart of the company through her compassionate and non-judgmental client interaction. She provides leadership in the team to ensure organization efficiency and effectiveness and that proper procedures and privacy regulations are followed, while maintaining a calm, safe space for staff and clients alike.

​​Tammy Howard, LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)​ holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Master's degree in Social Work and MSW in Psychology. She has over 25 years of experience in Individual, Group, and Family Sessions. Tammy also has extensive experience as a Child and Family Services Social Worker.

Debra K. Marlett-Campbell brings over 40 years of experience to her position at Cobblestone Counseling Services, LLC.  Having received her LCSW in the early 1980's after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with her MSW, she has worked in a variety of mental health settings over the years in the state of Oklahoma. In 2009 she received her M.DIV from Phillips Theological Seminary and served 10 years as a pastor in the United Methodist Church. Debra specializes in women's issues that include depression, self-esteem, self-image,  marriage and relationships, parenting, drug and alcohol issues, codependency with special emphasis on spiritual and Christian issues.

​​Loretta Martin, Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager holds a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership and a Masters in Gerontology with experience in family case advocacy and the development and monitoring of additional resources, support and services for our clients.         

Jessica Morris, LPC holds a Bachelor's degree in Services to the Deaf and a Master's degree in Human Resources Counseling.  She holds additional training certifications to include: The Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), Enhancing Skills in Implementing Seeking Safety, Certificate of Competency to Administer the Addiction Severity Index in the State of Oklahoma, The Diagnosis and Treatment of Co-Occurring Disorders, Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model Training (TREM), and Advanced Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavior Therapy.
